Specificity: This antibody is specific to á and ã specific actin isomers from skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle but does not recognize â and nonsmooth muscle ã actin isomers. In Western blot, HHF35 picks up 42 kDa protein extract from skeletal muscle but not from epithelial cell line.
