Specificity: This antibody reacts with a 49 kDa protein. At least five CD1 genes are identified (CD1a, b, c, d and e). This antibody reacts with cortical thymocytes, Langerhans cells in epidermis, dendritic cells of dermis and Langerhans cells of mucosa of tonsil. This antibody may be useful in the characterization of leukemias and lymphomas.
