F, P/H
Catalog No.: Mob 328 Concentrated 1ml
Mob 328-05 Concentrated 0.5ml
Immunogen: BALB/C mice were injected with human placental extract (PSE1-PL).
Clone: S10B1
Isotype: IgG1, kappa
Positive Control: Tonsil
Cellular Localization: Nuclear
Specificity: This antibody reacts with a 80 kDa protein known as Ku (p80). Ku autoantigen is a heterodimer of 70 kDa (p70) and 80 kDa (p80) proteins. The p70/p80 dimer is important for the function of a 460 kDa DNA-dependen protein kinase that phosphorylates certain transcription factors, including sp1, Oct-1, p53 and SV40 large T antigen in vitro. Ku protein plays a role in cell signaling, proliferation, DNA repair, replication, transcriptional activation and apoptosis. This antibody cross-reacts with monkey but does not cross-react with
= cow, rabbit and mouse.
