Specificity: This antibody reacts with a 105 kDa glycoprotein expressed by Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells and by tumor cells of a majority of large cell lymphomas. In normal lymphoid tissues, it reacts with a small population of large cells present around B cell follicles and sometimes at the rim of germinal centers.
