Specificity: Monoclonal anti-á-sarcomeric actin has been used as a marker for rhabdomyosarcoma. This antibody is specific to á-skeletal and á-cardiac muscle actins. It cross-reacts with human, sheep, bovine, rabbit, guinea pig, rat, frog, snake and carp. It does not react with smooth muscle tissue.
