CellPath's CellStor™ pots are designed and manufactured to make the lives of your laboratory personnel safer and easier by supplying the CellStor Pot partially filled with buffered formalin or Formal saline.
The CellStor pots contain an innovative sealing mechanism, which ensures a reliable leak proof seal. They are constructed from Polypropylene, which is both tough & shatterproof. These features ensure that the chance of a specimen pot leaking during transport will be dramatically reduced, so you have peace of mind that a sample wil reach its destination
safely and correctly fixed.
Each pot has a fully compliant CHIP 2 label which also doubles for sample identification.
Available in 20ml, 60ml, 90ml, and 120ml pot sizes with 13ml, 40ml, 60ml and 80ml fill respectively, they are packed into convenient trays coming complete with relevant material safety data sheet. Batches are numbered and shrink wrapped for extra security. Each pack contains an MSDS.
The pots can be ordered with or without labels. Personalised labels are available on request.
Empty pots are also available.
Product tolerances:
Formaldehyde content to within ± 0.2%
Specific gravity to within ± 0.03%
pH to within ± 0.1% on Neutral Buffered Formaline and ± 0.75% on Formal Saline
