Correct fixation of cytological material is essential to ensure preservation of morphological detail. Slides must be flooded with fixative immediately to eliminate air-drying artefact. CytoFixx-II are ready to use solutions containing alcohol and carbowax, offering consistent fixation results and subsequent staining. 

Available in several types of containers:
Pump Spray in 50ml (enough to fix approximately 70 slides) and a more economical 150ml (enough to fix approx 205 slides). Fixative is dispensed in a fine controlled spray with a simple pump action.
Dropper bottle is supplied in a non-refillable 50ml bottle (enough to fix approx 70 slides) and enables the fixative to be directed onto the slide in a
controlled manner.
All CytoFixx products are CFC free.
All Packs include MSDS.
CytoFixx-II contains acetic acid for improved nuclear detail (50ml dropper only).
