CellCeps are electrically heated forceps designed to assist in the preparation of histological slides and are designed to work with our completely redesigned CellCeps power unit. The new ergonomic design of the forceps provides a comfortable working position and gives maximum control over specimen placement. Furthermore, the connection cable has been improved to ensure longer life when compared to other similar products. CellCeps forceps are compatible with all 5 volt units with a 3.5mm connection plug.

CellCeps incorporate safe, low-voltage, energy controlled heating elements which constantly maintain their tips at the optimum temperature for manipulation of specimens in histological wax. They may be used continuously, without adjustment, and without influencing the temperature of the medium or tissue. 

Eliminating the task of keeping the forceps at a usable temperature enables the operator to concentrate on orientation of the tissue, and results in a significant increase in productivity.
