CryoGlue can be stored at room temperature for several months. Dispense tissue embedding medium onto the object holder and place and orientate the tissue. Apply additional embedding medium to surround and encase the tissue specimen.

Freeze the tissue to the appropriate temperature to guarantee optimum cutting results.

CryoGlue embedding medium is water soluble and does not discolor the tissue specimen.
