Workflow
The kit combines the alkaline lysis procedure for the isolation of plasmid DNA with the highly efficient binding of plasmid DNA on the surface of the membrane of the microplate. All impurities are very efficiently removed and the pDNA is eluted in a low-salt buffer. The purified DNA is ready to use for different downstream applications or can be stored at –20°C for subsequent use:
