CellPath offer you a range of Swann Morton sterile scalpel blades and handles suitable for all pathology laboratories and mortuaries. These scalpels are made from carbon steel and are non–sterile. 

Swann–Morton Skin Graft blades are produced sterile and of carbon steel. The blades are 158 mm long and are designed to fit Braithwaite, Cobbett, and Watson knives.

No.3 & No.4 fitting surgical blades are manufactured in accordance with BS 2982 and BS EN 27740. Boxes are marked with lot number and expiry dates for traceability. All Sterile Product boxes are bar coded. Sterile blades are sterilised by Gamma radiation to a minimum dose of 25 kGy.

No.3 & No.4 fitting surgical handles are manufactured in accordance with BS 2982 and BS EN 27740. All other handles are manufactured to in–house standards. Boxes are marked with lot number and expiry dates for traceability.

Swann Morton surgical handles are supplied non–sterile and individually wrapped.

Disposable scalpels packaging is marked with lot number and expiry dates for traceability. Sterile disposable scalpels are sterilised by Gamma radiation to a minimum dose of 25 kGy. Available in the same blade sizes as the surgical blades – please quote the same part number when ordering but state disposable scalpels.
