TA (Temperature Activated) Master Mix

A temperature activated PCR master mix supplied in a 2.5X concentrated solution. Enzyme activity is blocked until heat activated during the initial PCR step. Contains all of the necessary PCR components (enzyme, dNTPs, buffer, MgCl2).
