Workflow
The InviTrap RNA Cell HTS 96 Kit allows for RNA purification from 50 to 5 x 105 of human and animal cells without DNase digestion in less than 30 minutes per 96 well plate. Cells are grown and directly lysed in 96 well cell culture plates. After transfer of the lysate into the first filter plate the genomic DNA selectively binds to specific carrier particles for subsequent removal. DNase digestion is not necessary. After DNA removal the solution is mixed with binding buffer and transferred to the RNA-Binding Plate. The RNA binds to the membrane of each well and contaminants are washed away. The isolated total RNA is ready to use for downstream applications:
