Overview

The InviTrap® RNA Plant HTS 96 Kit is a powerful tool for purification of total RNA from up to 50 mg of plant tissue in 96 well format using a centrifuge.

Product Characteristics

Workflow

During sample lysis the genomic DNA selectively binds to carrier particles and is removed by a pre-filtration step, clearing simultaneously the lysate from the unlysed plant material. A DNase digestion step is not necessary. After DNA removal and adjustment of binding conditions the solution is transferred to the RNA-Binding Plate. The RNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are efficiently washed away. The isolated total RNA is ready to use for downstream applications:
