MSB HTS PCRAPACE

Overview

With only 15 min processing time the MSB® HTS PCRapace is the fastest tool for PCR product purification in 96 well format for use in a centrifuge. The purification process does not need any washing and drying steps. The kit is also suitable for the concentration of PCR products (starting volume: 200 µl PCR-mixture; final volume: 50 µl).

Workflow

The purification procedure includes only a binding and an elution step without any hazardous chaotropic or high-salt buffers. The PCR product is mixed with the specially developed Binding Buffer P and the DNA fragments bind to the membrane. During the following centrifugation the buffer is completely removed and the following final elution recovers high yields of PCR products. The recovery rate of highly purified DNA fragments (80-95 %) is nearly independent from additives such as BSA, the PCR volume, or the fragment size. The purified PCR products are ready to use for:
