DNTP SET

Overview

A set of 4 separate 50 mM individual solutions (dATP, dTTP, dCTP, dGTP), each containing 25 µmol of the corresponding dNTP.

A convenient set of 4 tubes containing 50 mM dNTP solutions adjusted to pH 7.0. All solutions are prepared of highly pure dNTP tetrasodium salts (purity >99 % by HPLC profile).
