Workflow
The InviGene Bisulfite Conversion Kit procedure comprises following steps:
- Denaturation and bisulfite conversion
- Binding of the DNA to the filter membrane and desulfonation
- Washing the filter bound DNA and elimination of alcohol
- Elution of DNA
The eluted DNA can be used in all downstream applications, including methylation-specific PCR, real-time PCR analysis, bisulfite sequencing etc
