INVIMAG BLOOD DNA MINI KIT/ KFDUO

Overview

The InviMag® Blood DNA Mini Kit/ KFDuo allows for rapid and economical purification of genomic DNA directly from up to 200 µl of whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, and swabs using magnetic beads. The InviMag Blood DNA Mini Kit/ KFDuo is designed for semi-automated preparation on the KingFisher Duo workstation.

Workflow

Beside the pre-filling of all cavities, all processing steps are performed by the robot. The blood sample is lysed in an optimized lysis buffer containing Proteinase K. The DNA binds to magnetic particles, followed by washing steps and the final elution.

The purified high quality DNA is ready to use for subsequent downstream applications or can be stored at –20 °C for subsequent use:
