Workflow
The batch procedure of Invisorb Genomic DNA Kit II allows for extraction of genomic DNA from very small amounts of starting material, as well as from viscous lysis suspensions. The purified DNA is ready to use for subsequent downstream applications or can be stored at –20 °C for subsequent use:
