RED PCR MASTER MIX

Overview

The 2 x Red PCR Master Mix contains all reagents required for PCR in a premixed format combined with an inert red dye and is designed to make PCR as easy and simple as possible. Only primers and template DNA are added to prepare the final PCR, thus minimizing the pipetting effort and possible sources of error and miscalculations. The dye has no adverse effect on PCR or manual sequencing, restriction digestions or other downstream applications. However, if the dye shall be removed, this can easily be accomplished using any standard purification method (e.g. MSB Spin PCRapace).
