LEA Chart 15 Line (folding)

The LEA Symbols 15 Line Distance Chart is a linear test used to assess distance vision. Effective for screening amblyopia beginning at 4 yrs. For testing at 10’, optotypes range from 20/200 to 20/10. Lines 20/40 to 20/10 are presented in 3 groups to prevent memorisation when testing binocularly and monocularly. The chart is foldable for portability.
